1 month later and still no items...

Ordered some items end of June. Within 3 days, it was packed and dispatched. When checking the Royal Mail update, it was been "Leaving the UK" since the 1st July. no further update available.. and when you try go on the website, it says its now unavailable? Upon checking their FB change, they have suspended their website due to the backlog of orders.

Not sure I would use this service again??? Maybe my opinion will change when the order is delivered....
