This company ****med me for R869.00 via Bidorbuy App. I ordered Telefunken Speakers which never materialsed. And ultimately reported it to the App admin and this is the help I got:

“Please be advised that unfortunately, you will need to take this matter further with the relevant authorities or elected bodies, eg. Consumer council, Ombudsman etc. As it stands we are unable to file a Buyer protection for you, as we can only process a claim that is filed with in 30 days from the date of payment, please refer to the below link for the further details relating to the Buyer Protection Program. “

“In order for us to disclose further information of the seller,should it be that a case is with the South African Police, we will need to be contacted by the investigating officer and we would need the following :

- Case Number - Investigating Officer - Police Station the case was opened - Contact Number of the investigating officer

Once there is a case number and if we get official communication from an official channel we can provide further information to like ID number and Postal/ Residential Address.
