COMPANY DOES NOT RESPOND to GOODS ORDERED IN NOV 2018

I placed my Black Friday deal order and paid in Nov 2018. Order #SP2346 confirmed. To this day, 17 Jan 2019, I only received the PERCOLATOR yesterday??!! No response via their email ********** for weeks and their landline does not work. I even requested a FULL REFUND LAST WEEK!!?? no reply??? SHOCKING CUSTOMER RELATIONS / NO GOODS??
