bad after sales service

ordered and paid for a food processor on 6 March. Was then told there was no stock. but was patient. Received it on the 4th of April with 2 parts missing. After 5 e mails to shop for tools and the warehouse "home of living brands" I have not received any positive feedback, e mails are received and not responded to by (holb) voice messages not returned by shop4tools. I want them to refund my money and at their cost collect the item.
