SHODDY, UNTIDY AND POOR QUALITY CAKE

I asked for a theme cake which the baker said she could make. She sent a picture and I said yes - that's exactly what I want. It was a 60th birthday cake. Upon collection it was discovered that this person had no idea what she was doing - totally unacceptable, she should be banned from asking money for what she produces. I have pictures of the promised cake and the 1 I got, the base was pink, for a male birthday!! The cake was coming apart, clear signs of where glue was used. Shoddy and unprofessional work. On the day we had to take the cake to another baker to be "fixed" as good as was possible, to make it a bit more presentable.
