Shop Signs

Worst possible service!!! I placed an order with Shop Signs on their website shopsigns.co.za for 2 signs for my shop on the 18th September 2024. I sent the designs to them at which my messages were ignored. A few days later (23rd September 2024) I sent another message on their whatsapp chat for an update and my message was just read. On the 26th September 2024 I then sent another and got the same. After the weekend on Monday the 29th September 2024 I tried phoning and no one answered. I then sent a message again and got a response. The message stated that I was supposed to have gotten a refund and after responding to that message they blue ticked the message again. Today the 3rd October 2024 a week before opening I have just had enough and sent a message to them again to ask when they will be doing the refund (to the banking details that they do not have) so that I can use a more reliable company to do my shop signs. I am probably going to get blue ticked again.

My word of advice for businesses out there. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE AT ALL!!!
