ow, what a terrible experience! So many issues and disappointments. Firstly, what was advertised on their website and the price I needed to pay were two different prices. Secondly, I was promised my Christmas pajamas on the 30th of November and didn’t receive it. I then sent a message to Mags (the owner), only to be told that her tailor got sick and I will receive the pajamas by the 4th of December the latest. I still didn’t receive the pajamas and I then sent a message on the 5th of December. Mags didn’t bother to reply and only responded on the 6th of December to tell me a transformer blew. All the while, me being patient and understanding considering it’s December and companies are pushing to get orders out. Eventually I got my order on the 7th of December at 8:30 pm. My family tried on their pajamas only to realise that my husband’s pajamas were far bigger than a large size that was ordered and my son’s pajama shirt was far too short. When sharing my concerns with Mags, she advised that her tailors aren’t designers and that the tailor used patterns to sew the pajamas. I requested a refund and she advised she would fix it. Then had the audacity to want to charge me R300 extra for a mistake that her company has made. FYI there are no size charts when ordering. When the pajamas were returned a few days later, my son’s short pajama shirt was altered by sewing on an additional piece of fabric to the bottom of the shirt to make the shirt longer. I’m not sure in what world a company thinks that sending out a product like that, that represents you as a person and your company, is okay. I am absolutely appalled that she thought someone would even wear it when it is clumsy and just looks ridiculous. At this point I did not want her to make amends or try and fix it as I have given her the opportunity already and quite frankly she was now wasting my time. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing as we will no longer have Christmas pajamas because Mags and her company are ***********. Also the reason why people probably do not support small/local businesses.
