An item was offered for free I just had to pay the shipping, I accepted the offer (2 items) and the shipping cost was $9.90 for the 2 items, when they processed the order they charged me $14.90 for shipping and informed me my order is confirmed (order # 246005) it would take 2-6 weeks for delivery. I informed them that they overcharged me on the shipping and I wanted a refund, on the 3rd Oct I received an email from Matt informing me they will forward my message to the billing dept to sort out my issue, I kept sending msgs about my refund no response, never heard from them again, Every time I send a msg I get a computer generated msg. Every time I tracked my order it gave me a different delivery date. The last tracking date was the 28 Nov. On the 29 Nov I sent them another msg but no response just a computer generated msg. On the 3rd Dec I checked the tracking again and it said my order does not exist, I msg them again no response, WHERE IS MY ORDER??? I will never buy anything from this company again because they are not legit, they con people into buying just to take their money.
