Terrible service

Terrible service. I have been asking for my refund for a product I didn’t receive for the past 4 weeks and they keep saying they will get back to me or it will be paid today and still nothing. The person I contacted was even rude saying it’s not a lot of money. Very disappointing and would not recommend them for anything.
