Pharmacy

I visited Whitehouse pharmacy today to get some medication as I had a script. There was a lady that said only one type of tablet is covered and I need to pay cash for the rest, I then advised her to remove the iron tablets from the list. Eventually another lady came and stated that no tablets are covered and I need to pay cash for everything which I don't understand because the first advisor that I spoke to stated that I am able to get one of the tablets on my medical aid. Eventually I ended up paying cash for one of the tablets. When I came home I received an email stating that a claim of R500 and some change was processed. I am extremely furious because I was advised that nothing is covered on my medical aid. The service from white house pharmacy was extremely appalling and the consultants did not even show willingness to help. I will never ever be visiting that pharmacy ever again.
