Arrogant - business must be booming!

Shop 4 Security installed our original alarm. We have been loyal customers having used them on more than one occasion for additional work, clearly business is now so good that they charge R500 for a quote. JP's response ... IF you chose our quote then we take the R500 off your bill! Holding a customer to ransom. Sadly I had no intention of contacting anyone else but needed budgetary pricing. Feeling very disappointed!!! I will not be held ransom by a vendor. Any reliable security vendors out there who are not arrogant are welcome to contact me. ***. Good luck Shop 4 - your after sales service is pathetic to say the least! To anyone wanting to make use of their services post installation - not worth the effort and aggrevation.
