No exchanges / refund

I purchased a product, that secret extensions, online and it does not suit my hair colour at all. I have contacted them and it took them a while to get in contact with me. I have looked carefully at the colour of the extension on the original website, [URL Removed] and compared it to my haircolour and it would have suited perfectly, light golden blonde, but when package came, it didn't suit at all. The extension is lighter than my hair colour, which means that a darker colour will also not look good at all. They expect me to colour my hair! What the hell. They also do not want to exchange or refund me because of hygienic purposes. No where on their site it states they cannot return or refund due to hygienic purposes. I havent worn it at all. It's in its original packaging, exactly as I have received it. Best of all, the original website, secretextensions,com says money back guarantee in 30 days!
