Rude management

Friday October 23rd, I had waited to purchase some pastries from Shoneez Confectioners in Crosby as I had been there several times prior. They were closed temporarily for the Friday prayer and when I approached the side entrance I greeted them and kindly asked what time they're opening (that was at 14:00). One of the female bakers/ confectioners stated, "Sorry we don't have anything". I asked her what she said and if I had heard correctly that she said what she did. I then told her I am not begging for food, I asked what time you're opening as I would like to buy some things. I left without making a purchase. Highly appalling customer service; I shall never go there nor recommend that place to anyone again.
