Shoddy plumbwork

I had requested plumbing work to be done for my new kitchen and a toilet inlet fixed. The owner said he was on holiday and was going to send one of his guys through to fulfill the work for an agreed amount. It was apparent that the guy sent to do the job was unsure and did the waste water incorrectly. I had enquired why he had not used the p-trap to do this to which he rep**** that he forgot. Needless to say, I was left with a hole in my wall.

I had pleaded with the owner that he sends someone else who would be better qualified to perform this task and he had promised to come and have a look himself. The pipe connection outside of my unit had been left undone overnight until I made contact with an alternative supplier to prevent water wastage The owner came through to have a look and agreed that the guy he had sent did the work incorrectly and promised to come through to fix 14/01/2021. He did not pitch to rectify nor did he notify me he wasn't going to be able to come through. I made contact with him and he said his work tools were not in his possession at the time and that he had subcontracted the work to someone and did not feel it was his responsibility to sort out. I then agreed for him to come through the 15/01/2021 afternoon but he did not pitch, again. I chose not to follow up with him then. I was invoiced by his business and paid his ' guy' the agreed amount. I just need the plumbing rectified as the connection for supply of water is done incorrectly to the water meter and the pipes fastened to the wall.
