8 LADIES HELD UP AT GUN POINT AT THIS RESORT !!!

What was supposed to be an amazing gals trip turned into a nightmare, we had an unfortunate incident that happened at Nt'Shonalanga Valley resort based in Johannesburg.

We booked a girls weekend away 27th March 2021 at this resort last week Saturday and we 8 ladies was held up at gunpoint by 4 men in our chalet. They took all our valuables as well as our clothes and food. One of the men physically assaulted one of the girls, pushed us around and threatened us.

A case was opened with Erasmus police station and we were advised that this is not the first occurrence of this nature. All previous reports/statements mentioned 4 armed men robbing the guest in their chalets.

There were also a couple of reviews about this place and similar incidents which we believe that the owners have removed, When we went back to the resort the next day to take our fingerprints they told us that they cleaned the place , the owners were very rude and told us to keep my frustrations to ourselves amongst other things. They showed no sympathy and were definitely not apologetic. The owner had a smile on his face and when we confronted him about his smile and told him that this is serious and that we are traumatized, his response was that his smile is sarcastic.

I feel like something is seriously suspicious about this place that they could clean up the place before the SAPS took any fingerprints and they had the audacity to tell us that we were not the police or lawyers and its there business property so they could clean the chalets if they wanted to. The owners brother gave us the impression that they are untouchable and they have gotten away with this many times and had guns in their pockets.

Please be share this post as we would not like for anyone to go through the trauma we have all experienced. THIS RESORT SHOULD BE CLOSED AS THEY DONT CARE ABOUT PEOPLE'S SAFETY!!!!
