Totally ********* company

This is by far the worst online service I have ever dealt with. Can you believe that after just looking at places on their app for our honeymoon that would have otherwise happened in Dec 2020, but was unlikely cos of Covid. I went ahead of time a cancelled long before the provided date, stating that because of Covid this trip wouldnt be made possible. I cancelled via their app. Only to find out that on the 15th of Dec 2020, I get debited a huge amount from my card. When I immediately get onto the email and try to contact someone I am given constant excuses. Of which i had to call my bank, cancel my card in case extra charges were charged and keep harassing this company for my money. After what seemed like a thousand tries I finally got them to agree that it was in fact a fault on their system and due to the high volumes of cancellations due to Covid. It would take them 12 weeks to refund me. Please note that again I say I cancelled long before the due date for cancellation. So its been 12 weeks and after sending numerous emails asking were my money is. I have gotten a response to say the matter is getting looked at. What the hell is there to look at. It was my money it was ********ly debited off my account and now I want it back. This becomes not only a ********** case but also proves that this company is not at all trustworthy. I trust that someone from the accounts department contacts me ASAP and resolves my concern and refunds me back the monies that is so rightfully due to me.
