Refund

I booked with them on the 25/10/2020 and booking was cancelled same time ,I have confirmed with them that it was free cancellation but am not getting my refund am being told to wait for 12 weekends. I don't think that is fair they can just keep my money and don't feel bad.

I really need my cash I also have responsibilities.
