My refund

On the 25/10/2020 I booked with stayforlong to stay in one of Durban's hotel on the 4 - 6/12/2020. The booking was cancelled within 10 minutes but they still took the money from my account of R1 995. Now they refused to refund me telling me I must wait for 3 months ,I really dont think that is fare because for 3 months I will get interest if my money was in the bank,are they giving me interest why covid is an excuse for them to refund me when this is done electronic.

They are being unfair u also has needs as a single mother.
