I am writing this to warn others about the unacceptable service standards at Sholele Properties. My primary frustration is that this agency failed to perform its most fundamental duty: ensuring the property was actually ready for occupation. It is staggering that a "professional" agency can hand over an apartment where basic cleaning was only started on the move-in day and essential maintenance (electrical faults) was ignored. They seem completely oblivious to the significant inconvenience and distress this has caused. When I escalated these failures, the management’s response was even more dismissive. I was told that because the agent, Ursula, is the "exclusive agent" for the area and the supervisor is currently "away," my issues would have to wait. Being an exclusive agent is not a license to provide substandard service, and a manager’s absence is no excuse for a total lapse in accountability. Sholele has demonstrated that they lack the basic operational standards required to manage a lease. If you expect a move-in-ready home and professional conduct, look elsewhere.
