Failure to maintain terms and agreement

I ordered a number of items, of which these items were promised to be original products. 4 of the items were original, the last one was completely ****. The seller failed to value the terms of our agreement, and has yet to honor those terms. I was assured that I would be refunded if the items were not as stipulated before the sale was done. It is over a month now and I have yet received my refund.
