Worst service!!

On the 1st of November 2015 i bought shoes at Shoerama Somerset Mall, one day afterwards i took one of the pairs back as there was a manufacturing fault on them, one of the straps were longer than the other and therefore it was loose around my foot. <br> <br> As i am in the store trying to exchange my pair for another they first refuse to exchange because they wont be able to re-sell those shoes! (They weren't suppose to sell them in the first place) After a long argument i got them to give my money back and order me a new pair. It's the 7th of December 2015 and i have still NOT received my shoes! <br> <br> Not only were the staff extremely rude she refuses to help me when i step into the store and i am left without my shoes.<br> <br> If this is the service a new store would like to provide their clients, they have just lost one who loves buying shoes! And i am sure someone who also experiences this rude behavior from Shoerama's staff will also not shop there again! <br> <br> Shoerama, check your staff's behavior!!
