Will not excahnge shoes or give money back

My daughter bought a pair of boots and always wears size nr 4, but they only had a size 3 whcih see briefly fitted on and all seemed ok. The next morning she wore the boots, briefly, but it hurt her.<br> <br> She returned back to shop to exchange it and they said sorry we do not have a bigger pair, you must keep the size 3 and will also not return the money.<br> <br> I have phoned more tan 3 times and they said Head office will phone back, but to NO avail and still no boots or money All other institutions return back the money . i am very upset with this type of service.
