Shoerama -a place where the shoes of a hypocrite will fit!

They say that it is not telling truth that's difficult but telling the whole truth. This truism seems particularly true of "Shoerama (Pty) Ltd"!

On the Kenilworth Centre website Shoerama claims : "we stock a wide range of ladies shoes, and do so with our excellent customer services."

The first half of this claim may be true. The second utterly FALSE!! A colleague of mine whose shoes three months after the date of purchase started to become undone was fobbed off after complaining with the tale of having send the shoes head office and they determined that the problem with the shoes was not a factory fault and therefore not their problem! SO MUCH FOR "EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE"!!

And precisely how is such a determination made? It seems only appropriate to end my "customer"-review with another true saying:

"The only thing worse than a **** is a **** that's also a hypocrite! "
