POOR,PATETHIC,BAD SERVICE

The worst patethic service i received in ages !!!! Bought a boot just a month ago for R500 .. The heel started to come off and i took it back for a refund or another boot obviously ... They send it to headoffice so that they can check the boot... Came back after a week or so with the following feedback " Sorry unfortunately we can't replace your boot seeing that it isn't a factory fault" ... in PLAIN AFRIKAANS EK HET DIE BOOT NOG NIE EENS 2MAANDE NIE MY VERDOMDE MENS!!!! Won't recommend anyone to buy anything from them EVER AGAIN !!!!!
