Unhappy as hell

On the 18th of Dec 2020 I purchased an Addidas sandal worth R489.90. today, the 3 of Feb I returned it to the store as the front part of the sandal is coming open. I told the cashier that I don't want them to send the shoe for repairs as I won't accept it. I paid a hell of a lot of money, for something that only last not even 2 months. I left the shoe at the store and will give you until Friday to give me e new pair as I won't accept a pair that Addidas will just glue, because I could've done it myself then. I'm working for the Ecommerce world and Media, so if I don't get refunded or a replacement by Friday, i'm taking it further. And believe me I will do this. I'm use to buying Nike sandals by Shoelletes, but after this happened, I 'm thinking twice of ever purchasing there.
