Shoelettes Sells Jordans before release date

To whom this maybe concern. I waited Saturday for 3 hours for your shop to open to purchase a pair of Air Jordan 12s......beside your staff opening the door at 9:10am I was told by the gentlemen working in your store that the sneakers was booked out already. THIS IS ON RELEASE DAY. I know nike wont be happy with this.....you can check your cameras I was the first one in the store and it was already sold out. Your employees are tarnishing the nike brand by taking bribes on the side. This is not the first release that waa sold before it hit your stores to the public. Staff is having there friends by them or even selling for more and making a extra buck. I want to know how will Shoelettes ensure this doesn happen again
