Poor qaulity

I bought my daughter a pair of takkies in the begining of the month then i didnt notice when i bought it that the takkies colours was different then she had the shoes on for one day and the stitches came loose woth the second wear when i took it back they refused and said that it looked worn out really so u saing if the shoes was still new they would just resale it i think that is so bad as ive paid alot of money for what. Im really very disgusted by the customer service i recieved i cant believe it ill never ever buy takkies there again and ill mostly cer*****ly let people know the quality of there shoes its pathetic.
