Jordan track pants

I have been doing my shopping at shoeletts for the past 10years I have laybe a nike Jordan tracksuit pants 800jacket 600for my grandson birthday he had it on for half a day as it was a sunny day and we were at a family's house there was a pool so Kidz was mostly in the water with their swimwear and and when I did my washing I discover that the pants had a tear in after I have washed it and yes I always check my washcare labels for such deligate material and so I return it back to the store and they send it off to the manafactures which is Nike and it was declined for customer abuse and I'm so upset as this is the 1st time I would return any item for these past 10years and I feel that they could have done something as I don't want the money back as this is not the case they could have fixed it or exchange it I'm very disappointed
