Disgusting service and *******

I paid a deposit for 3 pairs of takkies on 23 May an amount of R240.00. On the 25 I fetched the 2 pairs and paid an amount of R400.00. I was waiting on the last pair to be transferred from another branch however still made another payment of R100.00 on that pair leaving me with a balance of R100.00 as all 3 pairs was R800.00 plus R40 for the transfer fees. The sales people at shoelettes stapled my receipts together and said I will be notified when the takkies arrive. Up until today no one contacted me. On 28 June I decided to go check at the store and the lady that assisted me was so rude and arrogant and demanded additional receipts from me and the more I explained that was the only receipts I got the more adamant she was and then she said I still need to pay R200.00 and not R100.00. I requested for a refund as I'm no longer interested in the takkie but she refused to give my money back. I have now lost my R240.00 and they still sitting with the takkies and my money. All I want is my money back that I paid.
