Bad service

Im so dissapointed in their customer service where you have to wait on a shoe for two weeks. I really needed a pair of shoes for a outing and was told it will arrive in three days as they had to order my size. I went and was advised that it will actually be delivered thursday. I called again today to confirm if my size will still be on time for thursday as I need it for an event on the 10th but was now again told. It will only arrive somewhere in next week. To top it off you guys ask to pay extra R40 for something that im not even getting on time. I dont need the R40 but just the fact that you guys giving false expectations, Im taking my business elsewhere. I inbox them 2days ago prior to this complain as it states they reply within minutes but guess what. No reply. I wont recommend them to no one.
