Shoekalooz poor service

I ordered two items in May now its mid September, no service delivery, so sad i regret buying from them, all of my R891. 73 is gone😭😭😭😡😡😡 On top of that they too during August they promised to refund my money... Monthly installments will be continuous from above date on/or before 1st of each month, until full amount of R891.73 has been paid in full.
