I think i just got ****med!
I think I've been ****med. Is this even a real company? I ordered a few weeks ago with the promise of 5-7 day delivery. I got a message to say that they were out of stock ( why they didn't have this on the website i don't know) and that they were unsure of when the stock would be in. Ive been messaging to follow up and have had no response. If this is a real company i definitely wouldn't advise buying from them and i certainly wont ever again.

Mostly when the shoe you ordered is out of stock since we receive a high volume of orders , we run out of stock. We then give customers a option to pick another shoe or get credit. Please send us a message on WhatsApp to be assisted or reply to this email and I’ll provide your tracking number. Please also check your spam folders , sometimes our emails are not seen on the general inbox option on gmail

As an online store, when something is out of stock- it ahould be clearly marked on the site.If i had know this would be my experience i would never have ordered from you. Your slogan of " most trustworthy online store" is an absolute joke
