<div>I placed a order on the 17.12.2024. I didnt receive any updates till today its the 20th.when i try to phone them it says the number does not exist. When i asked when is my order arriviing they say they cannot say. Have i been taken by this people</div>

20 Dec 2024, 08:14Hi Michelle, orders take 2-5 working days to be dispatched. During peak season (Now) it can take slightly longer. You ordered around lunchtime on Tuesday the 17th so it has only been 2 days. We do send an order no with the initial order and as soon as the courier collects the parcel we send a notification out with the tracking number. We cannot give an exact estimation as it all depends on the couriers and how busy they are in your area. We are currently still within our dispatch times. Apologies, we have written all this out in our T&C's for customers to keep them informed.
