UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!!!!

If I could give no stars, firstly I’m a returning customer at shoe box. But this weeks experience had me change my mind about them. Firstly I bought two pies of shoes, deliver and everything. However the shoes was way to big, you would say but that is my fault. I agree, but if the marketing stipulates it’s a small make u need to upsize and I did, now I have to pay again delivery fee to get it picked up, pay again if I should swap it out another delivery fee. All I’m saying your marketing was wrong!!!!!! But I have to pay twice for getting nothing.
