Terrible customer service

I ordered two pairs of shoes unfortunately, one pair was two small and had to be returned, I waited 5days for it to be delivered and I requested the return the same day, it's been almost two weeks and they still have not collected but the website is saying it has. The customer care is also not responding after I have stated that it was not collected. I will not order from them again. They are loosing customers big time.
