Shoe Box Return still waiting 4 weeks later
I ordered shoes from Shoe Box online. The shoes came and they were great except the one pair didnt fit me. I went online and requested that they return them and give me a refund. I have been waiting 3 weeks for them to come and collect the shoes. I have sent 4 emails to customer services and no one responded at all - I am still waiting for someone to collect them

09 May 2024, 13:32Hi Leemor, we have looked into this and see that we organized a collection on the 17th April. Unfortunately whenever the courier tried to collect from you, you didn't answer your phone. They cannot collect if they can't get hold of you unfortunately :( We have rebooked the return again for today and just ask if you could please answer when they call. We will happily collect and assist you and are so sorry for the delay. We really try our best but sometimes when using a 3rd party (Courier) things can go wrong. In this case the courier let us down. Apologies for this .. We are on it
