Shoe Box Online (first order)

First time shopper at Shoe Box Online. Love the two pairs of sneakers I ordered! Sizing and style is exactly as advertised on the website (more user friendly) / app (can't seem to log in once registered). Five stars for Shoe Box (my order was processed and shipped the following day).

I deducted a star for the delivery partner. Their communication can be improved. They manage to disappoint and surprise me at the same time, every time (they handle the deliveries for another well known online store as well).

It was a good experience overall. I received my order on the 7th day. I'll definitely recommend Shoe Box Online to my family and friends. Successful & correct delivery = happy client. Thank you!
