31 Dec 2025, 20:00I return the shoes which I had bought from shoebox online on the 12th of December, till now I have not received any response from them if I reach them via their app they promise to get back to me but end up not getting back to me, their customer service is so bad. It’s almost 3 weeks but I have not received any feedback from them about the return I made by them and I have not received my refund. Can shoebox tell me what must I do in order to receive my refund from them
