I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK

I would've made this rating higher if not for my last experience which was only the 2nd time I've used this business. The 1st time I was happy and no complaints however the 2nd time when I was given a faulty shoe, I decided that I would exchange it to a different shoe since they no longer had the shoe in my size. I then sent a picture of what I wanted which was at a discounted price however they wanted me to pay full price for it which meant I would've had to pay the difference. Mind you that the faulty shoe I had was also at a discounted price.
