I placed an order to an outlying area and received my shoes within just two days — super fast delivery! Unfortunately, they didn’t fit, so I logged a return on the Monday. I received a response the very same day confirming that they would collect the shoes and send me a bigger size. They kept in constant communication throughout the process.
