What a delightful experience!!!!! I ordered according to the brand size guide and the boots ended up being too big. I logged a call but also blindly followed the prompts on their website....... Well! Not only did a super friendly, understanding and efficient call center agent respond to my call but the following day the incorrect size boots where collected from my door and 3 days later my new pair arrived. I am now ready for the cold days ahead fitted with a comfortable and very stylish pair of boots that fit like a glove. I am officially a customer for life.
