Shoes of poor quality

I purchased a pair of sandals middle October. Purchase price R499-90. Two weeks after, I emailed the supplier "Butterfly Feet Footwear", to lodge a complaint about the quality of their shoes. The soles virtually disintergrated! They advised that I was to make contact with the store of purchase. This I have now done as well --- one email and one reminder - both without even an acknowledgement of receipt! These shoes aren't cheap and to see the way they look after a mere 2 weeks of an average of wear of possibly twice a week - is such a disappointment!
