Excellent after sale service

I bought a new pair of Hi-Tec boots from Shoe Empire Klerksdorp a few months back. For years now I only wore Hi-Tec because few other brands have my size, and it is very comfortable working and walking boots. I therefor was surprised and disappointed when my latest boots didn't meet my expectations. I contacted Shoe Empire via email and got a call from Tino hours later about my complaint. He then gave my number to Rudi from Hi-Tec who contacted me the next day. After I've sent him pictures of my boots he arranged for a new pair to be delivered to Shoe Empire, where I exchanged my old boots for brand new one's. Effortless and hazzle free! Because of the great service from Tino and Rudi, Shoe Empire and Hi-Tec now has a customer for life, and I'm recommending everyone I know too! Thanks to both of you, we need more customer service like that in SA.
