Wrong advertising for shoes on display

I went to the store Shoe City watercrest kzn, i saw shoes on display with sign of shoe price dropped from R299.99 to R239.99. the shoes were displayed. the salesman helped me find my size, only to find out that at the till the shoe is R299.99 not R239.99 as advertised. I told them its not what is advertised but they refused to give me at that advertised price saying the shoe is R299.99 not R239.99. i even took pictures. the salesman passed the buck saying its not his fault its customers that moved shoes around, but then again he was the person in charge of that particular department. the manager was away and they only gave me his name and refused to give me his number. i still want to buy the shoe but not for R299.99.
