Worst service ever

I purchased a pair of shoes from Shoe City Springs on 3 December 2025. The following day, 4 December 2025, I attempted to exchange them for a smaller size. Unfortunately, I was informed—quite rudely—that I could not exchange the shoes because I had misplaced the receipt. I then contacted the complaints call centre and spoke to Sihle, who assured me that the area manager for the Springs region would reach out to me within 24–72 hours to resolve the matter. To date, I have not received any communication. When I followed up with the call centre, I was told that the reference number I had been given was incorrect.
