Worse treatment service I ever expected

My niece went the store to buy the shoes for my uncle. She assisted by Julia Molokomme known as Snohomish. What I don't understand is that why she wanted to choose the shoes for my uncle whereas my niece has her choice and my niece denied her that's when she started shouting and insulting my niece and told her how she misuse my uncle pension money. My niece phoned me embarrassed and crying tell me what happened.

I called their store landline 5 time ringing but not unswer reason thought I'd talk to the manager.
