unreliable and disappointing service

On Saturday I went through to Shoe City in Alberton City. I was first not attended to and walk all over the store until I found the shoe (Casual worker boots in navy - Tatum boots for R300) I was looking for, only to not get a size. I found a store assistant whom I asked where all the other shoes are and he showed me and there wasnt any. I asked him to check which nearest outlet I can get and he called The Glen and told they do not have in stock. I was advised that they had received stock and it will be unpack then given feedback. No feedback received within four(4) days and I had to call and not get through on the number as the entire time the number is engaged. Im highly disappoint at the level of service and misleading. when on the website it wont allow or enable me to check where i can locate or order online.
