Unprofessional behaviour from manager

<p>I went to shoecity Randburg to enquire about a shoes that I saw,I wanted 5pairs of the same shoe and I also had other things to confirm with the Hloni so I asked him to assist me.I waited for him as he was busy at till,when he was donehe came to me,The manager then asked him who I am he said I work in the centre,then she said he must tell me to come during his tea break.I just left without a word.If she thought I came for personal reasons why didn't she confront me?She lost a sale all because she thought whatever it is she thought.She should have atleast tried to speak to me as she was standing there while I waited for Hloni to conclude a sale.Im not happy with this and I'm never shopping with you guys anymore.Train the people that you put in authority. The way she treats staff is also not good.Im sure they can attest to this.</p>
