Unprofessional-bad experience

Was the worst experience in shoe city weskus will never buy anything there again rather buy online I bought a pair of shoes a month ago (both soles is damaged and because of that I thought I would be assisted because its quality... lost my slip and went to check if it can be returned because I'm a loyal customer The service i received was so bad I understand the policy had changed but it's how you inform the customer It was so unprofessional
