My sister bought a pair of White Tomy Takkies on Friday past at the promenade mall, she wore the takkies on Sa****ay when she went out. The left foot hurt her and upon inspection there is something hard on the side of the tongue where the tongue is attached to takkie. She had taken it back to the store in Blueroute Mall today and they said they can't exchange it because apparently it is scuffed which is not the case. Yes as mentioned she had had the takkies on but surely factory faults should be exchanged
